ConAgra—America's largest food company—has the new Product Information & Networking Center (PINC) customized software—enthusiastically received at its recent deployment. ISC CEO, Tony Latta says, "The customer was very happy with the functionality and quality of the product," the result after a 3-day deployment session beginning on the 15th. To put it in perspective, ConAgra hired Invictus to create a Food Management System in August 1999. Invictus delivered the software March 15, 2000 (final build due in April). That's right, an Aug 16-Mar 15, 2000 development time! It's remarkable considering this was a full life-cycle custom software development project, including complete and ongoing business analysis, software design and development, full color user manual, Help system, and training—all within only 8 months!

Tony goes on to say, "Everyone was especially impressed with the labeling features…The product is going to be…showcased at the ConAgra CIO's meeting next week." This meeting is where various initiatives are presented. "The best ones are selected for corporate-wide implementation [and] ASE [the division that PINC was designed for] is submitting PINC as their number one initiative." Tony remarks.
