Accela announces pending acquisition of Tidemark
The acquisition offers Accela and Tidemark clients a broader base of products and services to meet the e-permitting needs of government agencies, building professionals, and the public.

Terms of the acquisition
The acquisition is anticipated to be completed by the middle of May. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
