Request Manager helps managers understand what Requests have been received, where they are in the process, and provides them with views that help them understand how work is allocated among team members as well as understanding what types of Requests are coming in from their users.

Request Manager is a simple user request management systems that allows:

  • structured management and recording of a Request throughout its life cycle, from initial logging to resolution
  • easy, accurate and consistent description of Requests using user-defined pick lists and a special database - called productware - that stores Product information details that are used to help specify the Request
  • visibility of Requests, and their progress, using document Views tuned to different types of work management analysis
  • a wide range of customization features to support an organization's processes, procedures and terminology
