Siemens Water Technologies is pleased to announce the new horizontal filtration trailer (HFT) to its fleet of mobile assets. The HFT is a high-capacity, trailer-mounted system designed to provide temporary water treatment in a wide variety of industrial and municipal applications.

This trailer is capable of producing high quality water for reverse osmosis process feed water up to 1,200 gallons per minute (gpm). It is fully automated with instrumentation for efficient and reliable operation. There is no need to shut down, as clean filtered water is used for filter section backwash for optimum performance and minimal loss of output capacity.

Features and Benefits

  • Eight-cell filter with a total surface area of 242 square feet
  • Flow rates up to 1,600 gpm for general filtration applications
  • Media options - depending on the application
  • On-board chemical feed skids to enhance the filtration process
