MEMCOR® XS Pre-Engineered Submerged Membrane System

MEMCOR® XS submerged membrane treatment system offers a compact packaged plant with small envelope, off-skid ancillary components and ease of expansion. Designed to be flexible to meet customer demands for high quality membrane system; low operating cost and flexibility. Ideal for drinking water, reuse and industrial treatment.

MEMCOR® XS systems provide:

• Submerged membrane system producing between 0.50-3.30 MGD (80-520 m3/hr).
• Up to three parallel units can be connected, additional units can be provided based on process review.
• Packaged, self-contained membrane system excluding ancillary components (provided separate).
• Ancillary components provided as separate to promote custom layout.
• Compact footprint: 8'- 0" (2.4 m) W x 25'0" (7.6 m) L x 8'-0" (2.4 m) H, excluding handrails.
• System requires minimum 6' clearance above main unit for servicing of membranes.
• Factory assembly and testing to minimize installation costs.
• 120 to 400 gpm per skid
