Details

Every computing project has two broad goals; to "build the correct solution", and to "build the solution correctly". The first goal focuses on organizational readiness, user involvement, requirements and design. The second goal focuses on technologies, development, and deployment. The key to meeting both goals is solid, experienced project management and a proven life cycle process. Arynth does not stake claim to any new, major project techniques or software engineering methodologies. We have, however, combined proven and tested approaches from several existing methodologies into a cost-effective and practical set of tools and techniques that deliver successful project results. We match the approach to the type of project, the business needs, and other client factors as well as technology issues. At Arynth, we do not have a religious zeal for any one single approach or technology. We are, however, zealous in our desire for project success and client satisfaction. A review of our methods will find elements of the spiral software engineering lifecycle, user-focused design and evaluation, Object-Oriented design, risk based project management, milestone delivery, prototyping, and more. Our hybrid techniques have worked on diverse projects with clients from varied industries.
