ibml Appoints Jim Bunn Director, North American Business Development

ibml, a leading provider of scanning and document capture solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Jim Bunn as director of North American business development, overseeing the company's partner channel in the region. Bunn will also lead ibml's sales efforts to prescription processors and oversee a number of named accounts from his previous role as a business development manager.

Today's announcement increases ibml's focus on developing its partner channel in North America. Bunn will be responsible for bringing on new partners and accelerating the average "time to production" for existing partners in the region. Bunn joins Scott Burczyk, ibml's director of business development, Asia Pacific Region, and Robert Appelbaum, vice president, worldwide business and solution development in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Bunn has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology field, selling technology products to Fortune 500 companies. Bunn previously was the development manager for life and property casualty insurance companies, business process outsourcers and general commercial accounts for ibml. Prior to joining ibml, Bunn was with the storage products division of IBM. At IBM, he was responsible for developing and implementing sales programs for data storage systems throughout the southeast United States.
