EA2SI Methodology provides concise, clear and timely communication for issues of concern and applicable alternative solutions identified during Business Process Validation (BPV), Business Integration and Technology Solutions (BITS), and the Organization and Process Change Plan (OPCP) that incorporates Change Management and Human Performance Solution sub-processes.
