Mobile Bilge System Steam Clean & Recovery System

American Marine Oil System's newest product is the Marine Bilge System (MBS). The MBS makes cleaning the dirtiest of bilges easier and more efficient than ever before. This machine can rapidly evacuate liquid waste, steam clean with high pressure,and separate oil and water to well below acceptable levels. The high powered vacuum with its 150 feet of scuff proof hose can access the most inaccessible bilge or engine room. This user-friendly system performs all of the following tasks:

• Evacuate the heaviest of liquid waste from any bilge to a 110 gallon collection tank (tank size can be customized).
  
• Thoroughly steam clean the bilge with a patented high-pressure industrial steam cleaning machine utilizing a heat exchange process to heat the water to 190 F. without using diesel or propane burners. The steam clean apparatus uses a closed loop system which cleans and recycles its water, thus reducing waste disposal costs.
  
• Process oily water with our top of the line oil / water separator that cleans contaminated water to below 15 parts per million at a rate of 2.5 or 7.5 gallons per minute. The oil / water separator is Coast Guard approved and meets IMO and Coast Guard environmental regulations.
  
• Discharge water used for cleaning safely and legally while collecting contaminates for proper disposal.

The A.M.O.S separates oil and water so efficiently that, the processed water can be discharged directly into the sewer or bay (where permitted) without environmental impact. Less waste equals lower waste disposal cost leading to higher profits for you.
