Ohio Civil Engineering Firm KS Associates, Inc. Receives ODOT Approval To Provide Construction Administration Services

This pre-qualification enables KS Associates to enter into contracts with ODOT and Local Public Agencies (LPAs) to provide oversight of certain state and federally funded transportation construction projects.

The primary role of a construction administrator is to serve as an on-site project representative, directing and overseeing all parties in following standard construction practices and procedures. The construction administrator helps to assure the contractor’s compliance with engineering plans and specifications to ultimately keep projects on schedule and to control costs.
