AITHERAS Wins Multiple Government Awards

Washington, WA - AITHERAS, LLC, a locally based enterprise solutions company, was awarded a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract to provide quality assurance and project management services. AITHERAS was chosen over hundreds of other companies bidding for the work.

"For us, it really came down to the owners and their philosophy for taking care of their clients," said Jason Levy, representative of the U.S. Department of Labor. "They know the business, and they understand the unique needs of each client."

AITHERAS received its certification as an 8(a) company along with access to the GSA schedule in the winter of 2006. Within a few days of receiving its 8(a) certification, AITHERAS was contacted by several government agencies and contractors to help perform testing, validation and document management work. The United States DOL contract will mark the first time that AITHERAS will be the prime vendor on a government contract. Less than two months later AITHERAS was awarded their second contract with the DHS.

"We have had great success in the private sector because our company's core belief is that our clients must succeed," said Dino Karanikas, Managing Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "We will bring the same level of commitment to our government contracts."

AITHERAS has already begun work on the DOL contract and is schedule to begin work on the DHS award within the next 45 days.
