HumanConcepts Awarded GSA Schedule Contract For OrgPlus

Sausalito, CA – HumanConcepts, recently announced it has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract for OrgPlus, the leading software for intelligent organizational charting and workforce modeling. The contract affords HumanConcepts the opportunity to expand its current and future relationships providing OrgPlus and technical support services to federal government agencies. The GSA schedule contract number is GS-35F-0642T.

The GSA contract permits government agencies qualified to purchase under a GSA contract to buy directly from HumanConcepts without requesting a competitive bid when OrgPlus or Professional Services are needed. Lead-time and procurement costs are reduced significantly because pricing is pre-negotiated as part of the contractual agreement between the GSA and HumanConcepts. Agencies can also now order products through the GSA Advantage online shopping and ordering system.

"The GSA contract strengthens our commitment to help federal agencies take control of their human resources data and more effectively manage their workforces," said Ralph Lentz, Vice President of Worldwide Sales at HumanConcepts. "We are excited about being listed on the GSA Schedule. It will simplify the purchasing process so government employees can dive straight into resource planning and management tasks."

OrgPlus helps government agencies gain a heightened level of organizational intelligence with a centralized view of employee data. Additionally, OrgPlus empowers human resource administrators to effectively manage change, conduct succession planning and monitor HR metrics. Hundreds of government departments including the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. District Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers already use OrgPlus.
