The manufacturer offers the Snap-In Connectors as part of its shared access customer service application, iCommunicate.NET. For applications not yet possessing Snap-In Connectors its Software Development Kit (SDK) will be made available to enable customers to rapidly integrate their own key applications with iCommunicate.NET.
