Spray-applied Paint System

Polomyx is a seamless, spray-applied paint system for interior walls. The finish is durable and can be cleaned, scrubbed, and spot repaired.

The finish can be applied over primed surfaces including sheet rock, vinyl wall covering, plastic laminate, glazed tile, concrete block, wood, metal panels, and plaster. According to the manufacturer, installation costs are about twice the cost of latex paint and half the cost of vinyl wall covering. The manufacturer also states that because of its ability to be cleaned, scrubbed, and spot repaired, the maintenance cost is half the cost of paint and one-third the cost of vinyl wall covering.

The product is water-based with very low VOC (less than 60 g/l) and is compliant with all federal and state regulations. There are no emissions from cured film and it contains no PVCs. The scrub rating is greater than 4,000 scrub cycles. The finish is available in hundreds of colors.
