CKM-Mail is the add-in exchange email encryption service of the CKM system
CKM-Mail is the add-in exchange email encryption service of the CKM system. Implemented as a Microsoft Exchange extension, it provides protection to Email messages and attachments from within your Exchange or Outlook client. Encrypting messages is simple - often requiring only one or two mouse clicks. Decrypting is transparent to users - providing they have been given the appropriate credentials, recipients simply open CKM-encrypted messages in the same manner they would any other message. Using TECSEC's Constructive Key Management technology, CKM-Mail for MS Exchange provides flexible access and maximum information protection through several advanced features, including:
Users may selectively limit access to any message or attachment by applying selected credentials.
Users may select a stronger or faster encryption algorithm from a list of algorithms made available by their organization's Policy Manager.
Encryption and decryption keys are constructed only at the moment they are needed, and then are immediately destroyed. The data required to construct the keys is not stored in the document, so even if the information falls into the wrong hands, the information it contains its safe.
