    The InstantOffice 3000 series provides a robust, modular Integrated Communications Platform for small offices with up to 36 employees. Designed for ease of use and management, this cost-effective, single-system solution offers complete voice services, LAN/WAN data networking, high-speed Internet access, IP telephony, computer-telephony applications, and remote management capabilities. Because the InstantOffice system integrates with legacy voice and data equipment, you purchase only those components you need now to create a comprehensive communications solution suited to your business.

    Both models in the 3000 series—the InstantOffice 3500 and the InstantOffice 3000—can support up to 36 telephone ports, 36 data ports, multiprotocol routing, two broadband WAN interfaces, and both digital and analog telephones. The InstantOffice 3500 model also features a premium processor, additional memory, CD-ROM drive, and the ability to prioritize applications based on business need.

    Adaptable application platform

    Like the InstantOffice 3000, the InstantOffice 3500 system supports all of today's mission-critical communications applications. In addition, it gives you a natural migration path to next-generation applications that leverage standard NT application programming interfaces (APIs). The enhanced 3500 model integrates an embedded NT platform specifically designed to enable innovative third-party applications. The extensible platform is ideal for delivering advanced services and applications over IP networks.

    Built-in reliability

    The 3000 series systems are purpose-built, dedicated platform architected to ensure high reliability. Standard features include an "always-on" software architecture with subsystem isolation, SNMP-based monitoring, separate fault monitoring, power failure transfer, and full remote voice and data diagnostic capabilities. Fault tolerance options include redundant hard disk drives.
