You pick the agencies and we provide you with the applications
Basic Service. You pick the agencies and we provide you with the applications. We provide you a unique User ID and password which provides access to the applications you need. These applications are in a PDF format for you to download or print. You fill out the forms. Cost: $5.00 per agency selected.
Premium Service. You pick the agencies and complete one master application which we provide as part of the confirmation process. We then replicate your data in all the applications you select. We mail the completed applications to you for signature and mailing.
