Data121 has multiple fields for internet URL's. This let's you centralize your internet bookmarks for the entire network. This feature also lets you keep the appropriate bookmark with the company, project and/or individual data. The benefit is that your internet bookmarks are now filed in context, so they're right there when you need it. This same feature can be applied to Adobe Acrobat files, giving you a complete document management system at a fraction of the cost of specialized systems with greater flexibility and customization.
