AGI capabilities and interests

Acero Group International, Inc. is a 100% Women owned New Hampshire based corporation providing construction management, construction support services, and facilities management. AGI, Inc. is a company with a diversified professional staff normally involved in heavy construction, building, and industrial projects in the $1 million to $40 million range on U.S.Government and private contracts.
We are fully insured to provide assessments, estimating, scheduling, and construction field engineering and monitoring worldwide. We have the capability of providing building deformation surveys, quantity and route surveys with conventional methods, GPS, and photogrammetric mapping. AGI can mobilize its staff and associates to the project location as required.

We are presenting the following general information.

1. Fuel Storage and Transfer Facility Management
We can provide the necessary managers, mechanics, administrative, and security personnel for the management of government and private fuel facilities. Our staff managers and engineers have a broad base knowledge of fuel system management and construction.

2. Emergency Facility assessments
Provide initial broad range assessment of damage incurred to structures and infrastructure noting specific hazards, short-term remedial repair possibilities, and a broad order of magnitude conceptual estimate for permanent repairs.
A detailed assessment to include the material quantity survey and evaluations of structural deformations, mechanical, electrical, interior and exterior architectural items would follow.

3. Scheduling
We can provide the necessary scheduling to coordinate subcontractors, for cash flow analysis, and total network analysis.

4. Estimating
We have the capability of developing complete estimates for bid and proposal preparation. AGI can offer their estimates in a format specific to the client’s demands.

5. Construction Monitoring

Acero Group International, Inc. has the required construction field experience to assure the owner of a quality and budgeted project. With International experience AGI can participate on POL, heavy, building, and transportation projects.
Provide quality assurance programs to include monitoring of workmanship, materials, and methods.
Final punch list and acceptance inspection of the facility in conjunction with the owner or contractor.

6. Field Engineering and Surveying

AGI, Inc. is interested in providing construction layout, building deformation survey, quantity and route survey and aerial maping service. We are routinely capable of providing construction layout for building, gravity and pressure pipelines, roadways, airfield, and POL facilities. For large areas we would incorperate the services of an associate firm with the capabilities of GPS, photogrammetric maping, large scale topographic surveys and plotting.

The principal, Miriam Bailey, is a degreed civil engineer with 18 years experience in the United States, Caribbean, and South America. The officers of the firm, Philip Bailey, VP general manager, and Gerald D’Amico, PE, Secretary are both degreed civil engineers with more than 20 years of experience in government and private sector construction and design. All of our key employees are degreed engineers and architects with more than 15 years of management experience.

Acero Group can provide a range of very high quality project management services

1. Quality control inspections and construction monitoring for heavy, new building construction and renovations, roofing, roadways and airfield construction.

2. Project assessments and estimating using R. S. Means, Excel, and Lotus
We are well versed in the preparation of government estimates.

3. Project scheduling and construction reporting for schedule updates and verification of project completion percentages. Our scheduling software is Primavera Shuretrak or as directed.

4. Project management for the overall production supervision and contract administration at the project location. AGI can provide overall management for multiple job orders or projects.

Acero Group International, Inc. can provide these services throughout the U. S., Puerto Rico, and overseas. Several of our employees have security clearances if required. One of our project managers is a former LANTDIV project manager with significant contract and government project management experience. Others have experience with management of defense and state department projects to $40 million nationally and overseas.
