Participated on numerous requirement selection boards provided hands on experience in acquisition process.

Director of Research and Development: Our technology liaison with the military community retired in May 1996 with over 28 years in the military. Numerous assignments provided experience in local and major command operations technology flight commander directly responsible for millions of dollars of technology programs, equipment and service; major command computer acquisition project manager.
