Atlas Software Technologies, Inc. (AtlasSoft) is a global full-service provider of e-Business and wireless solutions.

Founded in 1995 by a group of Carnegie Mellon students, AtlasSoft has since become a company with over 140 employees and a run rate in excess of $20 million for fiscal 2000. We currently maintain offices in the United States and Asia.

AtlasSoft provides strategic consulting, project management, and technical expertise to its clients. Our technical expertise spans the user interface, architecture, application servers, interfaces with legacy systems, and database technologies. We also provide hosting services to our clients for a wide range of applications.

AtlasSoft's wireless division has developed several wireless solutions, which include delivery management systems, electronic financial applications, scheduling solutions, and wireless trading and auction software.

AtlasSoft has provided services to a diverse range of clients, including Ernst & Young, Hewlett Packard, Bayer Corporation, SUN Microsystems, 3Com, McGraw Hill, BestTransport.com, and the Society of Automotive Engineers. We have also formed business partnerships with several industry leaders, including SAP, Siebel, Microsoft, and Cabletron. We are currently finalizing partnerships with Broadvision, SUN Microsystems, BEA, and Oracle.

AtlasSoft has aggressively pursued an emerging market strategy, with recent project wins from India and South Africa. AtlasSoft maintains development centers in Calcutta, India, one of which is co-located on an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) campus. We have additional offices planned for India, South Africa, and Nigeria before the end of the fiscal year.

AtlasSoft has enjoyed phenomenal growth since its inception, averaging over 50% annually over the last four years. We at AtlasSoft understand that future growth is dependent on leveraging our expertise into new technologies. To that end, AtlasSoft has invested over two million dollars in research and development of new technologies, such as wireless solutions, artificial intelligence based agent technology, and proprietary middle-ware components. AtlasSoft has also acted as an incubator for e-commerce start-ups in need of funding, services, and guidance in their ventures.
