As a solutions and services provider, DeC is focused on training and enabling small, women, and minority owned businesses (S/W/MBEs) to conduct business online. DeC brings together Fortune 1000 and government buyers to transact business with certified S/W/MBEs on DeC's electronic marketplace (the "DeC Exchange")

On the DeC Exchange, buyers can communicate with suppliers, view supplier capabilities, products and certification information, post RFQs and RFPs and receive responses, execute purchase orders, and track transactions with suppliers.
