The objectives of the "BUILDING EFFECTIVE GOVERNMENT COST PROPOSALS" workshop is to:

• Provide a basic knowledge of the regulatory guidelines governing the cost proposal process.
  
• Familiarize the participant with pertinent cost proposal terminology and contract format.
  
• Demonstrate a logical process of analyzing, discovering proposal cost data, and applying appropriate indirect rates.
  
• Examine a basic five- (5) year cost proposal from start to finish utilizing step-by-step instructions.
