Business Integration and Technology Solutions

Business Integration and Technology Solutions (BITS) - This is a sub-process of Business Process Validation (BPV), consisting of four sub-processes of its own: Business, Integration, Technology and Solutions. These four sub-processes combine to create the key mission of BPR/BPI, which is to define and communicate the objectives, approach, scope, schedule and deliverables of the project.

Deliverables are attained through application of BITS sub-processes:

• Business - defining businesses that are required to meet mission critical functions of the "As-Is" model, while conducting a needs assessment of future requirements that must be attained in the "To-Be" business environment.
• Integration - meeting the needs of the human factor in performance of business processes that achieve desired levels of productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Technology - embracing existing and evolving technologies that provide for optimal returns on both capital and intellectual investments incurred in bringing about global changes generally induced by ERP implementations.
• Solutions - developing recommendations that are based on substantial findings obtained from business, integration and technology planning sessions that provide management with a desired degree of assurance that adopted solutions will attain required results.
