Simulation Solutions for Supply Chain Processes
A Micro Saint Customized Tool

Supply Solver is a simulation tool that helps you quickly and easily determine how to optimize your supply chain. Supply Solver is built on the Micro Saint simulation engine, which gives you the analytical power to evaluate a variety of supply chain scenarios. Each scenario allows you to look at acquisition costs, labor costs, delivery risks, and processing times for each supplier in the process.

Supply Solver can also be used to help solve specific supply chain design problems. For example, just-in-time management relies greatly on extremely accurate short-term forecasts. With Supply Solver, you can assign penalties to suppliers for late shipments.

To run Supply Solver, you first assign your analysis a name, and then enter your supply chain data in several easy-to-use screens. You can evaluate up to ten different processes in one simulation. When you are finished entering your data, you run the simulation. Supply Solver automatically opens Micro Saint and displays an animated screen that shows how your supply chain links together. A report summary then displays, and you can print or save the report to a file.
