Absolute Software Signs Patent Licensing Agreements For PC Theft Recovery With Two Computer Security Companies, Files Another Patent For New Invention
Licensing Agreements and Patent Filing Further Validates Absolute's Leadership Position in Computer Theft Recovery and Secure Asset Tracking™ Industry
Vancouver, Canada - Absolute Software, the leading provider of patented Computer Theft Recovery and Secure Asset Tracking solutions, today announced that it has signed patent licensing agreements with two computer security technology companies, Trackion and Oxygen Security Ltd. In addition, Absolute recently filed another patent with the U.S. Patent Office for a new invention related to its Computrace Technology Platform, which is pending approval. The licensing agreements and patent filing further validates Absolute's leadership position and commitment to the computer theft recovery and secure asset tracking industry.
Trackion (www.trackion.com) is a California-based technology firm that recently launched a device tracking service for stolen or lost laptops. Oxygen Security Ltd. (www.oxygensecurity.com) is a UK-based company that provides anti-theft protection for computer equipment.
