Agility Awarded Contract For Omnibus Life Support

Agility Defense & Government Services (DGS), formerly PWC Logistics, recently announced that it has been awarded a three-year contract by the US Department of the Army to provide logistics services to Coalition and Iraqi military and police camps throughout Iraq. The potential maximum value of this indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is USD 345 million over a three-year period.

Agility DGS will provide end-to-end logistics support services including billeting, motor pool operations, dining operations and medical support to Coalition camps and Iraqi police and military camps, each supporting up to 10,000 personnel per location.

"Agility is proud to expand its role in supporting the US Army through a growing number of large-scale programs and increasingly important programs," said Toby Switzer, Chief Executive Officer of Agility DGS. "For the Omnibus Life Support contract, we will serve as a vital link for the Coalition and Iraqi militaries and Iraqi police forces, and we are pleased to offer the flexibility and broad capabilities of the extensive Agility logistics network throughout the region."

Agility brings to this assignment expertise and capabilities gained through the company's other major programs, including Subsistence Prime Vendor contract for which Agility supplies and distributes food to US forces in Iraq and Kuwait. Agility was recently awarded the US 2.8 billion option year on that contract.
