Brother® Appoints David Crist As Regional Vice President Of Sales (USA), Mobile & Label Printer Group
Brother International Corporation recently announced that David Crist has been appointed Regional Vice President of the Brother Mobile & Label Printer group (USA). Crist will be responsible for leading Brother mobile & label printer sales and driving key market and channel strategies to help grow the Brother customer base, channel partner base, and revenue.
"David brings a high level of executive experience and strategic vision that will help Brother to expand in the thermal mobile & label printer (Auto ID) industry," said Kenji Nishimura, Vice President of Sales at Brother International Corporation. Brother, through organic growth and acquisition, has built a strong mobile and label printer business, including PocketJet® full page mobile printers, MPrint™ small-format mobile printers, P-Touch® and Brother QL on-demand thermal label printers, and DS Mobile® scanners. These mobile and label printer solutions precisely target key vertical markets that include public safety, field service, insurance, route accounting, retail, healthcare and telecom. These markets are ideal for channel partners to grow and provide meaningful, cost-effective solutions with quick ROI to enterprise customers.

Crist brings to Brother more than 20 years of executive leadership experience driving growth and profitability for global enterprise corporations. During a seven year tenure at Zebra, he served as Vice President of Sales, and led their sales, vertical marketing, channel and customer care functions across North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. Crist also worked for Hewlett Packard for 15 years and held key positions in the Service and Financing business units as Vice President & General Manager.
David earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University.
