Compensation Surveys
And more than that, it means using your survey as a source for information, whether you're developing analyses with respect to a specific peer group, using your specific assumptions about economic trends or company demographics, linking competitive practices to business strategies, or identifying the best practices in your industry. Executive Alliance manages value-added surveys that meet these needs, including:
- The SC/CHiPS Professional and Managerial Total Compensation Survey, covering all elements of remuneration for over 440 entry level professional through third level management positions in 50 job families. Now in its seventh year, SC/CHiPS P&M is the longest running annual survey of total compensation. Its almost 120 participants include the largest information technology leaders as well as the fastest growing emerging firms -- and many in between.
The SC/CHiPs Executive Total Compensation Survey, covering all elements of compensation for almost 75 senior management positions at the corporate, group, and profit-center levels. SC/CHiPS Exec picks up where SC/CHiPS P&M leaves off, allowing you to analyze your total compensation package for entry level professionals through CEO using the same methodology.
The SC/CHiPS Non-Exempt and Technician Total Compensation Survey, covering all elements of renumeration for over 100 positions. New in 1999, the survey allows an organization to assess its total compensation competitive position from top to bottom.
The SalesPlus Survey of Customer Focused Positions in Information Technology, covering over 100 positions in field sales and telesales, plus industry and product marketing, product management, field service, systems engineering, and customer support. For sales positions, SalesPlus provides actual and target compensation, plus expected pay levels at 75%, 125%, 150%, and 200% of goal, detailed plan descriptions, and policy and practice summaries.
Each of our surveys is managed as an information resource, not just a publication, providing participants with almost unlimited flexibility for custom reports and data analysis.
We also conduct specialized compensation surveys on specific topics. We approach all of our surveys as consulting assignments and all of our participants as clients, focusing on providing you with the information you need to fully understand the competitive environment.
