Leading Manufacturer of Lighting Products Offers New Cost Effective, High-Quality Fluorescent Lighting

UNION, NJ - Crescent/Stonco, a division of the Genlyte Group, Inc., and a leading manufacturer of lighting products for both the industrial and commercial markets recently announced the introduction of its new recessed lighting.

Offered in three different models, Crescent/Stonco's recessed lighting provides softer, more subtle lighting. The versatile lighting solutions come in different sizes and lighting efficiencies and are ideal for office and classroom applications.

• Recessed Direct/Indirect 1x4 Troffer (RDI) - this model comes with a swing down micro-perforated lamp shield for easy re-lamping and maintenance; an exclusive socket locks the lamp into place.
  
• Recessed Direct/Indirect 2x2 Troffer (RDI) - this model comes with a dual swing down micro-perforated lamp shield for easy re-lamping and maintenance; exclusive socket locks the lamp into place.
  
• Recessed Direct/Indirect 2x4 Troffer (RDI) - this model comes with the same swing down micro-perforated lamp as the 1x4 Troffer model, but has a higher efficiency.

All of Crescent/Stonco's RDIs feature a 95% reflective, soft white paint finish that comes in a one-piece body for easy installation. A soft white film on the inside of the mesh conceals the lamp image, providing balance between the reflected and direct light. A fully recessed luminaire and lamp compartment provides easy access to the ballast. Each product is specifically designed for easy installation and simple maintenance needs and fit standard T-Grid ceilings. All models come with a high reflectance white interior reflector.
