Defense Supply Center Philadelphia Extends SupplyCore's Pacific Region Contract
Rockford, IL - The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) has awarded SupplyCore, a leading supply chain management and logistics services provider, a one-year extension to its Pacific contract. Under this Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Prime Vendor contract, SupplyCore provides maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and related services to the U.S. Military and federal civilian agencies in the Pacific region.
The MRO Prime Vendor program is a DLA program that improves the way federally funded agencies purchase MRO materials. The Pacific Prime Vendor contract (SPM500-05-D-BP06) currently supports U.S. activities deployed in Mainland Japan, Okinawa, Diego Garcia, and Singapore.
SupplyCore was originally awarded the MRO Prime Vendor Japan contract in 1999, and was re-awarded an expanded contract in 2005. Once again, SupplyCore had been re-awarded this contract with a maximum $250,000,000 fixed price with economic price adjustment for maintenance, repair, and operations prime vendor. This is an indefinite-delivery/quantity contract.
