Delsar, Inc. was founded in 1990 to serve the search and rescue community with Hi-Tech electronic products, specifically designed for this market.

Our products are made to meet the demanding SAR environment in performance, ease of use, price, and reliability.

All our products are guaranteed for one full year against any defects in material or workmanship. In this time period we will repair or replace any product found defective at no charge when returned to our facilities in Chapel Hill, NC.

Technical assistance is available from 9 AM - 5 PM EST. Functionality questions can be answered by telephone, fax, or e-mail. A Delsar representative will assist you in a thorough systematic check-out of the product's functions and answer any questions you have.

Training classes are also available for the proper and most efficient use of Delsar products. The training is often provided free with purchase of Delsar equipment. Depending on the circumstances, Delsar may charge for the travel and living expenses of a Delsar certified instructor.
