F4W To Launch New Convergent Network Product At Conference

Lake Mary, FL - F4W, Inc., a developer of wireless, IP based convergent communications solutions, announced recently the launch of their Portable System Interconnect (PSI) convergent communications network product at the Governor's Hurricane Conference, May 17th through the 18th in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The PSI is a portable network system that provides connectivity to individuals and teams that operate almost anywhere in the world. The system interconnects to any available network including broadband satellite, WAN, DSL, fiber, 3G wireless, narrowband satellite phones, GPRS or dial-up connections.

Keith Money, COO for F4W, said, "The PSI is a key piece in our product offerings. It directly addresses the communications needs of any individual or team of people that need to communicate when traditional infrastructures have failed or they find themselves in remote locations."

The PSI is fully portable, lightweight and can be carried in the bulkhead of a commercial airline while providing the same capabilities as our larger scale agency and organization wide network products. The PSI provides a fully functioning PBX and dedicated toll free phone number with extension capability that is available regardless of the location.

Mr. Money added, "Many people have planned for those events where they find themselves in the parking lot wondering, ‘What do I do now?", our products and applications address such events. You plug them in, you turn them on. You connect your people, your applications, your devices and your networks. At a lower price point than our large scale convergent network products, the PSI allows anyone to make sure they find themselves with the solution they need, when they need it."
