BevelFusion is a new process for fabricating the fittings used with large diameter HDPE pipe. The process uses proprietary thermal fusion technology to produce stronger, reducing-tee fittings for pipes 14" to 63" in diameter.
BevelFusion is a three-step fabricating process. First, the branch pipe section is cut and beveled to produce the specified angle. Second, the main pipe section is cut and beveled to produce a perfect match. Finally, the company fuses the two beveled pipes using an innovation it refers to as the Variable Degree Wedge Heating process. The resulting fittings are a better value, since the process is more efficient, allowing the company to make better fittings for about the same price.
