Irvine Sensors Receives New Government Contract Awards
Aggregate New Bookings for Fiscal 2005 Now Over $15 Million
COSTA MESA, CA - Irvine Sensors Corporation announced today that, in its current fiscal quarter, it has received several new government research and development contracts and incremental add-ons to existing government contracts aggregating approximately $10.9 million in value, of which approximately $1.7 million is for optional tasks at the discretion of the customers. The recent awards bring Irvine Sensors' total aggregate bookings of new government R&D contracts and contract add-ons since the start of fiscal 2005 to approximately $15.6 million. The current year bookings are expected to contribute approximately $11 million to fiscal 2005 revenues, with the balance contributing to revenues in fiscal 2006.
