Kratos Teams With SAIC For $72M Multiple Award Contract To Provide Support Services To Space And Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific

San Diego, CA (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that it was on the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE:SAI) winning team to provide Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR), Information Operations (IO), Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Test and Evaluation services to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific). Kratos will provide systems engineering, software development, test and evaluation, and program management services in support of ocean surveillance systems. The five-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract includes a three-year base and two option years and a potential contract value of approximately $72.6 million if all task orders and the option are exercised.
