MACTEC Wins Multiple Award Task Order Contract From U.S. Department Of Interior
Alpharetta, GA - MACTEC has been awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for comprehensive technical design-build and construction services. The contract includes all U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Regional and Central Offices and other Bureaus within the Department of the Interior (DOI). The contract ceiling is $2 billion, to be shared by six awardees. Each of the six individual MATOC awards has a maximum value of $400 million over the contract period, which includes one base year and four option years.
MACTEC is one of three contractors selected for a slate of services in the Eastern U.S. including investigations, analysis, studies, design-build, construction, construction administration & management, NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) documentation and archeological/historical compliance.
The contract also potentially allows for the opportunity to compete with all six contractors for projects throughout the continental United States and its territories. The contract vehicle is available to all bureaus within the DOI, which comprises the Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Geological Survey, Minerals Management Service and the Office of Surface Mining.
This new MATOC adds to MACTEC's current portfolio of more than 60 federal contracts involving investigations, analysis, studies, design-build, construction, construction administration & management services.
