(PRWEB) - Morris Government Solutions announced today that it has been awarded with GSA contract GS-21F-166AA by the U.S. Federal Acquisition Service.
A GSA contract indicates that a company or contractor is pre-authorized to supply goods or services to the U.S. Government. Under the new contract, federal, state and local government agencies are now able to procure machine tools, tooling and accessories supplied by Morris Government Solutions using pre-negotiated terms and prices.
“This contract makes it much easier for new and existing government customers to purchase our products,” Morris Government Solutions General Manager Dave Wherry said. “They’ll be available on the GSA Advantage website.”
The GSA contract covers more than 20,000 products nationally distributed by the company and includes machines, tooling and accessories by Okuma, Tsugami, Hardinge, Hauser, Bridgeport, Kellenberger, MP Systems and more. Products may be procured online at http://www.gsaadvantage.gov.
Morris Government Solutions’ expertise isn’t limited to machine tools and accessories, Wherry said. “Our technicians specialize in providing engineering solutions. They set up the machines, provide training and help customers maximize their productivity. We’re excited that our new GSA contract will help us provide this value to government customers.”
