Vice Admiral Thad Allen, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Coast Guard, has been invited to speak at the breakfast. Allen will discuss his role as Principle Federal Officer (PFO) in the Katrina response and recovery efforts and what he learned from the experience.
In addition to the Northrop Grumman Eye-Opener Breakfast, GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready! features three days of training, workshops and conference sessions led by more than 100 leaders and heroes sharing practical advice and lessons learned from the global war on terror and response to the world's most challenging events, including hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the London subway bombings and the hostage crisis at Beslan Middle School No. 1 in North Ossetia, Russia.
Highlights of the 2006 GovSec, U.S. Law and Ready!
