Perceptics was founded in 1980 as the result of technology transfer opportunities at a major university. During the past 20 years, we have been instrumental in the development of pattern recognition technology and optical storage, including almost every phase of their evolutions. Our subsequent contributions are well documented and widely recognized.

Perceptics has a rich history of research and experience in the development of application-specific imaging system hardware, optical storage products, and related system software. Today, we have systems operating with great success at sites around the world.
