Leech's full-service precision stamping evolved from our advanced compound and progressive die design and manufacture with the view to more fully serve and satisfy our customers. Specializing in high-production stamping, Leech's advanced facilities also enable cost-effective prototyping and small lot runs.

Designers consider every aspect of the customer's requirements, specifications and the production process to design and build efficient stamping tooling. Skilled production technicians then carefully monitor press runs to produce premium precision stamped products. SPC is heavily utilized for stamping operations. Throughout the years, Leech has developed an innate understanding of, and ability in the manufacture of intricate and complex components in metal.

Extensive press capabilities range up to 125 tons with a maximum bed size of 43" X 45". Speeds are variable up to 1200 strokes per minute with a maximum stock width of 12.25 inches. Swaging, shaving and coining operations are performed as primary operations. As part of Leech's full service capability, a wide variety of secondary operations can be applied to provide completely finished components.
