Welcome to The Shipley Group. Founded in 1979, Shipley continues to provide high-quality training, writing, project management and consulting services for private and public sector clients nationwide. We are known nationally for our National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and communication skills interactive training workshops. We tailor/customize each on-site interactive workshop to meet the specific needs of the participants. All of our courses include appropriate handouts, and an up-to-date comprehensive workshop manual. Our NEPA courses include our nationally acclaimed book; "How to Write Quality EISs and EAs". With the author of the "Style Guide" as a member of our staff, Shipley uses the FranklinCovey Style Guide in all writing courses.
