Send Certified is a 180KB add-on that integrates with MS Outlook 97/98/2000, Express and MS Exchange Client. This new feature creates a button on Outlook's toolbar that allows users who use the email program to now send secure messages and attachments. In addition, the feature also has the ability to send secure messages directly from MS Word.

This feature is a self-contained tool that automatically encrypts and digitally fingerprints messages and attachments without any user intervention. There is no need for users to install public or private keys, and no certificates of any kind are required. Users create messages or reply to a message as they normally do, include attachments (if any), and click the tool's button. It also features another layer of protecting messages in the form of passwords — recipients can only view the message after entering the proper password.

This tool supports return receipts, enabling users to be aware of the day, date, time, and IP address of the recipient who read their message. This receipt is automatically generated by the service regardless of the e-mail system the recipient is using.

Users can download this add-on from the service provider's Website and install into their computers.
