What's it like to walk a mile in your co-worker's shoes? Come spend the day with us and find out. This workshop is designed to assist employees understand and embrace cultural differences in the workplace in order to maximize the effectiveness of the company. Organizational, cultural and generational differences, if not managed properly can cost the organization valuable resources.
Participants exchange places with other participants in terms of race, sex, age and other cultural differences then are required to function in that role throughout the workshop. At the end of the workshop, participants will gain a better understanding of their coworkers differences and will be able to move forward in order to advance the overall positive objectives of the company.
